Correct character name for the main character in that show Matt... but not the name of the show it came from.
That's Riff Raff's girlfriend, Cleo. The show was "Heathcliff." A second version of the series called "Heathcliff and the Catillac Cats" aired later.Bonus trivia: one of the show's writers created "Dharma & Greg" and "Two and a Half Men."
